Study California court rules and procedures, as well as how to properly access and cite those rules and procedures. Learn strategies to locate rules relevant to a variety of situations. Investigate documents and filing procedures in California to successfully assist attorneys in identifying and applying trial court rules. Note: Online section must be completed within two months of receiving login information.
