R12.1 Oracle HRMS Benefits Open Enrollment Processing

This course will cover the three phases of Open Enrollment and Benefits Plan Design Maintenance: Pre-Open Enrollment, Enrollment and Post-Open Enrollment with the critical tasks required in each. During Pre-Open Enrollment content will include planning for open enrollment, checklists, adding new and modifying current programs, plans or options. This phase will also cover restarting Flexible Spending, working with life events and tips to analyze performance. As part of the Enrollment Phase, students will see the full process as part of the class. This will include processing the open life event, checking error reports, making enrollments, backing out and closing the open enrollment life event. This phase also addresses recalculating participant values, processing life events that occur during open enrollment and extending the open enrollment window. Finally, the course will provide tasks and tips on verifiying elections, backing out or reprocessing the open life event, processing intervening life events, look briefly at verifying elements and enrollment reports as part of the Post-Enrollment phase.
