This course will cover the three phases of Open Enrollment and Benefits Plan Design Maintenance: Pre-Open Enrollment, Enrollment and Post-Open Enrollment with the critical tasks required in each. During Pre-Open Enrollment content will include planning for open enrollment, checklists, adding new and modifying current programs, plans or options. This phase will also cover restarting Flexible Spending, working with life events and tips to analyze performance. As part of the Enrollment Phase, students will see the full process as part of the class.
