Target audience

The ORSC Intermediate (CRR Global - English) course benefits any professional interested in expanding their leadership and coaching skills. It requires at least a bachelor-level background or mental aptitude and successful completion of an ORSC™ Introductory course (Fundamentals or ORS@Work). 

Participants come from diverse backgrounds including personal, executive, Agile and organisational coaches, leaders and managers, HR, L&D and therapists.

Course description

The ORSC Intermediate (CRR Global - English) course is a four-part training program that completes your mastery of Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching. It expands on key concepts you learn during the introductory ORSC™ Fundamentals or ORS@Work courses and is the upper-level training for ORSC™ certification.

Learn to navigate organisational change with this innovative approach to coaching and leadership. During the four three-day modules of the Intermediate course, you will fully discover the importance of emotions in human relationship systems. You will learn to help others identify their ‘locus of control’, empowering them to embrace change and thrive in relationship settings.

The ORSC Intermediate (CRR Global - English) course consists of four modules completed in the following order:

• ORSC™ Intelligence: A roadmap for change
• ORSC™ Geography: Roles & structure
• ORSC™ Path: Vision & potential
• ORSC™ Systems Integration: Moving towards mastery

Training days

The ORSC Intermediate (CRR Global - English) course consists of four modules, each of which is three days long. On the second evening of each module, you are required to do a practical coaching with a relationship/partnership as a homework assignment. This means coaching two individuals currently in a relationship. You may choose to coach two business partners, colleagues, siblings, friends or a couple as long as they have an existing relationship. This 45-minute appointment should be arranged prior to the start of the module. The leaders will give you more detailed information about this assignment before the first day of the module.

Since this course is based on a daily rate you are not obliged to stay at the venue overnight. If you would like to book one or more overnight stays at the venue and/or dinners, please contact the venue directly. Schouten Competence will not book your overnight stays and/or dinners.

Participants

The maximum group size for the training course is 26 participants.

By completing the four modules of the ORSC Intermediate (CRR Global - English) training, you qualify for a total of 72 ICF Continuous Coaching Education Units (CCEUs).

Certificate

At the end of the ORSC Intermediate (CRR Global - English) training, you will receive a certificate which shows that you participated in a 72-hour coach training. This certificate gives access to the ORSC™ Certification, the final level of the ORSC™ curriculum. The ICF has stipulated that you cannot miss more than one hour of an ICF-accredited course.

Investment

The investment is € 5995,00 (excluding 21% VAT).

Do you follow the course privately or via a VAT-exempt organization (for example the government, healthcare or financial institution)? We offer you the possibility to pay no VAT over the course that you would like to register for and also over those items that are inextricably connected to this specific course. If you chose for the VAT-exempt option, the investment in your course will be € 5995,00. This option can be selected on the registration form found online, or you can indicate this during your personal registration over the telephone. 

Package deal

If you register for Fundamentals and Intermediate before you start with Fundamentals, you will receive 10% discount on the total training price of the Fundamentals and Intermediate. Facility costs

There is a € 1050,00 (excluding VAT) charge for the use of the venue, coffee/tea and an extensive buffet lunch. Facility costs do not apply to virtual courses.
