MBA/MPH in Health Care Management

The Master of Business Administration / Master of Public Health in Health Care Management is administered jointly by the School of Public Health (SPH) and the School of Management (SMG).  The goal of this rigorous program is to provide students with a solid foundation in both management and public health in an integrated, structured curriculum that focuses on the US health care system.

The program provides students with the skills and knowledge necessary to formulate sound, innovative solutions to complex problems in the health care system. Students examine the link between health policy and effective management, incorporating studies in health program administration and organization, health policy and planning, and financial analysis for health care.

Graduates expand their perspective of the public health care systems and gain the knowledge and skills they need to be effective and efficient managers in this field.
