Executive MBA

The Executive MBA program at Wichita State University is the premier option in Kansas for professionals to obtain the MBA credential while continuing to work.

Designed to develop mid-career managers, executives and business owners, the 20-month EMBA program is tailored to meet the demands of an executive's schedule. Classes are limited to 24 students and meet only on select Saturdays. Our interactive, collaborative environment, international experience component and unmatched personalized support will give you the keen strategic perspective necessary to compete and succeed in today’s business environment.

Listed below are the required Executive MBA application materials:

• Form A: Application for Admission to the Graduate School

• Form B: Application for Admission to the EMBA Program (Form B also includes an essay requirement)

• Form C: Confidential Recommendation for Admission to be completed by 2 professional references for the applicant

• Form D: Acknolwedgement of Responsibility regarding sources of suppport, organizational support and minimum GPA requirements. This form is completed and signed by the applicant and his/her employer.

• The GMAT is not required for admission to the EMBA program.

• Transcripts: 2 official transcript copies sent from each college attended prior to the WSU Graduate School

• International students should have their TOEFL scores sent to the WSU Graduate School, 1845 Fairmount St, Wichita, KS 67260-0004

• Application Fee: A $75 non-refundable application fee payable to WSU-EMBA.

• Interview: Following the evaluation of application materials, a personal interview is scheduled for qualified candidates.
