As this programme is designed as a broadly accessible entry-level
course, it is explicitly not limited to IT professionals, but
intended for anyone who wants to understand AI in an informed and
responsible way.
This learning journey provides a clear overview of the
technologies and techniques behind modern AI applications, such as
expert systems and image and speech recognition. You will learn
what AI is, which core techniques are used, and how these translate
into practical applications, including numerical models,
classification, chatbots, speech and text processing, GPT models,
and expert systems.
The programme is accredited at BCS Essentials level and prepares
you for the EXIN examination. After completion, you can progress to
follow-up pathways such as AI Foundation, Cognitive Augmentation,
or Data Driven Business Leadership.

After completing the Essentials, you can further deepen your knowledge by following AI Foundation, Generative AI and Prompting, or AI Ethics. We are happy to help you design your learning pathway based on your interests and needs.
This training is an 8-hour e-learning. It can also be followed as a blended programme, where you combine the e-learning with an additional one-day classroom session.
