Strategic Innovation is the creation of growth strategies, new product categories, services efficiencies

Program Framework
Innovation takes many forms- It is not only what you create like a new product or service, but you
need to strategically innovate-the how- how you are going to define your change goals, measure
them, analyze the results, make improvements and control that process to ensure your goals have
been met?
One-way we have chosen to demonstrate the how process in our program, is using a well-known
business model that supports a systematic approach to attack complex issues. Our integrated
learning approach stimulates how organizations make these decisions.
