A continuation of Basic Corporate Finance X430.1, this course rounds out the comprehensive overview of corporate finance topics and examines the concepts, techniques and tools that financial managers use in their attempts to make effective investing, financing and working capital management decisions. Devote specific attention to advanced capital budgeting topics, financing decisions, working capital management and multinational finance.
Prerequisites: Basic Corporate Finance X430.1. You should also be proficient with computer spreadsheets and basic financial mathematics and financial calculators.

charge of proprietary research at Silicon Valley Bancorp. He has
more than 20 years of corporate advisory and capital markets
experience, with extensive knowledge of corporate finance,
portfolio management, derivatives trading and quantitative
analysis. Previously, he was a managing partner at Pacifica
Strategic Advisors and a senior executive at UBS AG.
