The Online Knowledge Product consists of 12 separate Learning Maps for the following application & technical areas: Marketing, Sales, Service, Interaction Center, E-Commerce, Channel Management, Field Applications, Master Data, Manufacturing Industries, Services industries as well as for mySAP CRM 2005 Technology Consultant and Technical Administrator. Each Learning Map contains a variety of learning objects, such as recorded expert presentations, interactive tutorials and simulations, documentation, and self-tests.
