It is role-based and prioritized to provide the most convenient and efficient learning experience. The Online Knowledge Product consists of 12 separate Learning Maps for the following application & technical areas: Marketing, Sales, Service, Interaction Center, E-Commerce, Channel Management, Field Applications, Master Data, Manufacturing Industries, Services industries as well as for mySAP CRM 2005 Technology Consultant and Technical Administrator. Each Learning Map contains a variety of learning objects, such as recorded expert presentations, interactive tutorials and simulations, documentation, and self-tests. In addition to the Online Knowledge Product, Live Expert Sessions can be offered. The student has the opportunity to attend these sessions online without the need to travel. The focus of the Live Expert Sessions is to clarify open topics about mySAP CRM 2005.
