Effectief Project Management (Project Management in Practice)

Transforming ideas into structured plans, and motivating multidisciplinary teams to achieve results requires effective project management. If your management team lacks this fundamental competency, then there’s a greater chance of failing to execute your strategies or achieve your business objectives. Project management is largely about teamwork and the project manager’s ability to orchestrate the team’s skills and capabilities. This programme combines teaching the tools and techniques of project management with softer skills and putting them into practice in a safe space. You will work through a selection of projects to apply your new knowledge, putting these best-practice tools and people skills for effective project management into use. You will find effective solutions for your own challenges by interacting with leading experts and with your peers. This three-day programme, designed by RSM Executive Education, explores every component of project management, including planning, controlling, reporting, team building, leadership, communications, and motivation. It attracts a variety of levels of experience, from senior managers to project team members. It creates a real-life environment of combined knowledge, interaction and learning for all participants, which is facilitated by the lecturers. Upon successful completion of this programme you will receive a certificate from RSM recognised by the Project Management Institute, and 24 training hours. These can be applied to obtaining the title of Project Management Professional (PMP®).
