Customer Care & Billing: Contract (SA Types) Configuration

Contract (SA Type) Configuration is an in-depth look at the Service Agreement functionality of CC&B through control table set-up, administration, and configuration. The SA Type table is the most powerful and complex control table in the system. Time will be spent understanding table-driven values and their impact on the Service Agreement object. Plug-ins available to customize the Service Agreement will also be covered.

On completion of the course, attendees will be able to configure a variety of SA Types (based on actual business scenarios) and produce bills for these SA types.
