The curriculum is structured to remain topical and relevant to shifts and trends in the food industry. Annually, the Food Marketing Department hosts the Food Industry Summit which invites students, faculty and executives together to present insights on major issues and trends affecting the food industry. There are also a number of international learning opportunities, study tours and visiting lecturers available to students interested in expanding their global perspective.
The flexibility of the program enables students to move at their own pace while attending seminar-style classes on weekends. Students can self-select which weekends to attend classes at the University's Executive Conference Center; some earn their degree in as few as 25 weekends.
The Master of Business Administration degree in Food Marketing requires successful completion within six (6) years of 27 courses and a minimum GPA of 3.0.
