ITIL 4 Foundation introduction

The purpose of the ITIL 4 Foundation training is to introduce candidates to the management of modern IT-enabled services, to provide them with an understanding of the common language and key concepts, and to show them how they can improve their work and the work of their organization with ITIL 4 guidance. Furthermore, the training will provide the candidate with an understanding of the ITIL 4 service management framework and how it has evolved to adopt modern technologies and ways of working.

• ITSM Managers and aspiring ITSM Managers

• Individuals working in other parts of “IT” (digital, product, development) with strong interface with service delivery

• Existing ITIL qualification holders wishing to update their knowledge.

3 days.

ITIL 4 Foundation examination

Duration: 60 minutes

NOTE: Candidates taking the exam in a language that is not their native or working language may be awarded 25% extra time, i.e. 75 minutes in total.

Materials permitted: This is a ‘closed book’ examination. No materials other than the examination materials are permitted.

"Op 11, 12 & 13 juli een ITIL 4 Foundation training gevolgd in Utrecht. Locatie was goed te bereiken en de verzorging was prima.
Ik had nog geen kennis van Service Management en de trainer was in staat om mij op een prettige manier door ITIL 4 heen te leiden, vooral de praktijkopdrachten waren interessant. Enige minpunt is dat het examen niet meer tijdens de training gemaakt kan maar daar kan geen enkele opleider iets aan doen." - 2022-07-11 09:29
