Problem Management

The ITIL 4 Practitioner: Problem Management practice module targets IT professionals aiming to decrease the probability and consequences of incidents by pinpointing both existing and potential causes of incidents, as well as managing workarounds and known errors.

Service Desk

The ITIL 4 Practitioner: Service Desk practice module targets IT professionals aiming to demonstrate and validate their expertise in this particular practice area. The Service Desk serves as the liaison between service providers and users. The effective establishment and implementation of this practice can significantly impact user experience, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of service relationships.

Service Request Management

The ITIL 4 Practitioner: Service Request Management practice module is designed for IT professionals who aim to uphold the agreed-upon quality of a service by effectively and user-friendly addressing all predefined, user-initiated service requests.

How do you achieve?

To achieve this qualification, candidates must take and pass all five ITIL 4 Practitioner exams in the series. Alternatively, candidates can opt for the combined ITIL 4 Specialist: Monitor, Support and Fulfil, which allows five ITIL Practices to be covered by taking only one exam instead of five. In this case, candidates need only take one 90-minute certification exam instead of five separate exams of 30 minutes each.

Once certified in ITIL 4 Monitor, Support and Fulfil, candidates must complete ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support to achieve the ITIL 4 Practice Manager (ITIL 4 PM) qualification.
