In her administrative capacity as Director of Online Education and Curriculum Development, she works with other faculty members to improve their online courses. Before accepting a position at the College, Lisa taught in K-12 for 10 years and at a technology consortium for 2 years. Lisa is currently finishing her PhD dissertation on retention in online courses. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys paragliding and riding her bicycle.
