Six Sigma Master Black Belt

As Black Belts look for ways to expand their expertise, they often find that different avenues are available within their company. Some will focus on training, while others will become internal consultants to the current set of Black Belts and Green Belts. This course was developed to give the internal consultant/coach more experience with additional in-depth topics spread out through all phases of the DMAIC methodology. This 5-day workshop is an intense but exciting treatment of some of the more advanced Six Sigma tools and concepts currently known. It will provide the MBB candidates with an arsenal of knowledge and power to move their organizations toward greater savings and profitability. This course will blend theory with some very easy-to-use software that will make the applications of the concepts straightforward. These concepts and applications will be demonstrated via case studies, simulations, and exercises using the Statapult® Catapult . Topics include advanced DOE methodology, historical and transactional data applications, high throughput testing, multiple response optimizations, and Design for Six Sigma applications.
