PharmD/MBA Program
The Doctor of Pharmacy/MBA program offers a powerful combination of pharmacy and business for those interested in the practice of pharmacy in a business or managerial environment.
The program is offered collaboratively between Western New England University’s College of Pharmacy and College of Business. The College of Business is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) International. Less than 5% of business programs worldwide have met this benchmark of quality. The College of Pharmacy has been granted precandidate accreditation status by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE).

PharmD/MBA Program
The Doctor of Pharmacy/MBA program offers a powerful combination of pharmacy and business for those interested in the practice of pharmacy in a business or managerial environment.
The program is offered collaboratively between Western New England University’s College of Pharmacy and College of Business. The College of Business is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) International. Less than 5% of business programs worldwide have met this benchmark of quality. The College of Pharmacy has been granted precandidate accreditation status by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE).
Graduates of the combined degree program will receive two separate degrees, one in business and one in pharmacy. Pursuing both degrees will allow students to take advantage of cross credits, where6 credits of business coursework can be applied toward the PharmD degree, and, 9 credits of pharmacy coursework can be applied toward the MBA degree.
Candidates for the PharmD/MBA program apply for admission after the completion of their first semester of the PharmD program at Western New England University. If you have not satisfied the MBA prerequisites, you will need to do so prior to enrolling in the MBA program. The prerequisites include the following courses: Accounting, Finance, Statistics, and Microeconomics.
