• $40.00 Fee. You may pay the fee online through our Business Office.
• Transcripts from ALL institutions of higher education*
  (Transcripts must be sent directly from the institution.)
• Three letters of recommendation**
  (Letters may be from academic or professional references and must be submitted by the reference.)
• Résumé
• International Applicants must also submit:
  1) Acceptable TOEFL score (575 paper, 232 computer, 90 internet), oracceptable IELTS score (6.5)
  2) Confirmation of Financial Resources
