Saturday MBA
The University of Akron College of Business Administration launched its first cohort of students in Fall 2011 for the Saturday Master of Business Administration. The next cohort will begin in the Fall 2013 Semester. Applications are currently being accepted.
Students take courses taught by UA MBA faculty using distance learning technologies alternating between the Medina County University Center (MCUC), Wayne Campus and UA Lakewood every other Saturday for two years. The in-class experience is supplemented and enhanced with online technology. Students take three courses per semester (7-9 credits) using this hybrid in-class and online format.

A cohort of students attend classes together over the two year period. This format provides cohesion and a team environment conducive to learning and builds a spirit of cooperation.
The current cohort program will be from the Fall Semester 2013 through the Summer Semester 2015.
