This 35-hour course prepares you to take the Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) examination.Topics include management of integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk and procurement. The course also covers ethics and professional responsibility. In addition to in-depth coverage of PMI's Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), you analyze sample exam questions, and learn tips and tricks to help you pass each exam. The course is taught in a hybrid format, which combines classroom and online training, as well as in a pure online format.

Note: The PMI PMP and CAPM tests will be changing in July 2013 to focus on the PMBOK, Fifth Edition (released in Jan. 2013). Spring term courses will continue to cover the PMBOK, Fourth Edition (2008). Courses in following terms will be revised to use the new PMBOK, Fifth Edition.
