Audience

• The course is designed for SAP partners that are interested in learning SAP’s Value Management strategy to support customers in adoption of value disciplines that drive greater realized value from their SAP initiatives. The course provides training on SAP’s Value Lifecycle Manager to support robust business cases and SAP’s Business Performance Benchmarking to diagnose performance issues as well as recommend practices that improve performance in targeted process areas.
• The training allows partners to understand the Value Academy strategies SAP customers have been adopting. This training prepares partners to support new strategies in performance improvement strategies, business case development, implementation methodology for better governance, KPI development and benefit accountability.
• Organizations are encouraged to send Senior Consultants, Project/Program Managers and individuals responsible for practice/business development.
