- Technical Infrastructure and Security (Architecture overview of portal platform, SAP’s user management engine (UME), Security)
- Portal Platform Content (Content object model, Working with iViews, Working with Pages, Working with worksets and roles )
- Knowledge Management and Collaboration (Knowledge Management Overview, Search and Classification Overview, Collaboration Overview)

- Course length: approx. 7 hours e-learning
