  • This Online Knowledge Product contains the official SAP new-release knowledge for the SAP CRM 3.1 Application and SAP CRM 3.1 Technology, and makes it available for access anywhere and anytime. It is role-based and prioritized to provide the most convenient and efficient learning experience. The Online Knowledge Product consists of six separate Learning Maps for Sales, Service, Marketing, Analytics consultants, Technology consultants and Development consultants. Each Learning Map contains a variety of learning objects, such as recorded expert presentations, interactive tutorials and simulations, documentation, and self-tests. In addition to the Online Knowledge Product, Live Expert Sessions can be offered. The student has the opportunity to attend these sessions online without the need to travel. The focus of the Live Expert Sessions is to clarify open topics about the SAP CRM 3.1 Application or SAP CRM 3.1 Technology.
