- Get hands-on training on how to design, set up, and administer a Sybase Replication Server 12.6/15.0 environment. Learn the fundamental differences between a state consistent replicated data design and a distributed application data design. Also, learn the basic functions of Replication Server starting with basic replication concepts, architecture, usage, and administration issues.
- You will create replication definitions, database replication definitions, subscriptions, and understand materialization options, as well as error handling and routes. With this background, you will experience the ease of setting up a basic Warm Standby environment and then move to general troubleshooting practices to complete a fully functional Rep Server installation and environment.
- In addition, there will be optional material available that provides an introduction to heterogeneous replication.
