Our Time, Territory and Priority Management seminar is a fast-paced, highly informative and comprehensive crash course in getting your priorities in order and saving time for the things that really matter. In this class, you will learn how to prioritize tasks, cut out the “vampire activities” that sap your time and energy, and manage your personal and professional time to maximum benefit. You will learn highly effective strategies for goal-setting, increasing attention to goal-related activities, project management, delegation, and using this new knowledge to improve results in your most important accounts. Territory management, including identifying priority accounts to help you decide who to visit and how often to visit them, will result in higher productivity in less time. We will also provide you with to-do lists, priority worksheets, and an analysis of your territory and accounts to help you get started on your new time management plan.
