Most of the time, such situations can be significantly improved by applying the skills we teach in our one-day Communicating Across Departments seminar. Through the use of small group and team activities, as well as video taped role plays, participants will develop important new communication skills, as well as gain understanding and respect for diverse personality types within the group.

Seminar Objectives:

Participants in the Communicating Across Departments training seminar will learn to:
