Seminar Outline:

Often people get into a new job or career situation, only to discover after it is too late that the position is not what they expected. The Birkman™ Method can easily prevent this disappointing experience from happening, by providing participants with a non-threatening assessment of their communication style, behavior style, and personal needs. This assessment tool also includes practical feedback on communicating more effectively with people of diverse attitudes, behavior styles, and emotional needs.

The Birkman™ Method provides in-depth analysis into an individual’s motivational interests, underlying needs, values, potential stress factors, and intuitive relational strengths and limitations. It does all of this using quantitative, positive and non-judgmental language that goes far beyond most standard behavioral feedback approaches. As a result, participants are empowered to optimize both individual and total organizational performance. The Birkman™ Method enables responsive change to grow from within, fueled by individual motivation and desire. It will help create an integral process than can continue for an organizational lifetime - regardless of changing external environments.
