The goal of the MBA programme is to empower the students with knowledge and skills through all round development of body, mind and soul. The two-year postgraduate programme (MBA) is a six trimester course affiliated to Anna University and approved by AICTE, New Delhi. This program is accredited by Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), an international accrediting body. It offers specialisation in Marketing, Finance, Human Reources, Systems, International Business, Insurance and Entrepreneurship. The program is conducted by experienced full-time faculty and professionals from industry and business.
A focus on a purely application based curriculum sets PSG IM apart from other business schools. The institute's teaching methodology is designed to make the students industry-ready, and is customised to suit the conditions prevailing in the industry. They have a mix of lectures, seminars, case studies, quizzes, and mini projects that helps students develop analytical skills, communication skills, time-management, and teamwork skills. Every session of personality development, case analysis, and presentation classes are conducted in a manner to give a real-world experience. The students' practical exposure is enhanced by industry experts. The Yoga class, an interesting part of the Personality Development program, has been made mandatory. It teaches how to manage stress andgain control over mind and body.
