Taleo (TEE): Taleo ACE Performance Administrator (TAPA)

Instruction for the TAPA (Taleo ACE Performance Administrator) will be driven through practical scenarios to configure and set up various features within the Performance modules and participants will receive a well-rounded and in-depth understanding of the configuration and options of the features as well as some creative ways to apply different configurations. The prerequisite training courses are comprised of practical learning opportunities and participants will gain valuable knowledge about Goals Management, Performance Reviews, Succession Planning, Development Planning, and Career Planning, along with the Talent Profile and Team Management. (Note: Some features covered in the classes may not be in use at the participant's organization).

Once all prerequisite courses have been completed the TAPA knowledge review and ACE assessment can take place. To receive ACE designation a final score of 75% must be attained.
