Taleo: Learn Prepare and Distribute Content (LRN-SA201)

This course is delivered in four 3.5-hour Live Virtual Classroom sessions over 4 consecutive days.

This sequel to the Taleo Learn System and User Configuration course gives administrators the essential tasks needed to prepare content and distribute it to their learners. First, administrators learn about setting up and organizing content such as uploading Web-Based Training and creating Assessments. This is followed by a thorough overview of all the distribution methods or “Containers” available to present and distribute content to learners. “Containers” include Enrollments for ILT, VILT, and other items, Assignments, Learning Plans, Job Profiles, and Skills. Also covered are final steps in the process including configuring LearnCenter pages to display content and containers to users, reporting, and working with Sub-LearnCenters. Participants will walk through hands-on exercises within the administrator’s Control Panel and other administration tools to become familiar with all these areas of the LearnCenter. At the end of this course, attendees will have a full understanding of how their learners will interact and engage with the LearnCenter and its content.
