In this course, students will learn the origin and purpose of the Trading Community Architecture (TCA), why it was created and how TCA has evolved. Additionally, this course covers TCAs role in the e-Business Suite Applications and an overview of the Customer Data Hub. Also covered is the functionality of the Customers Online application and the Customer Data Librarian role. Demonstrations and practices reinforce the fundamental concepts.
