Primavera Unifier: WBS Cost Management

This Primavera Unifier WBS Cost Management course instructs you how to design and configure WBS Cost business processes and attribute forms. You will learn to manage cost codes and sheets, and see run time behavior.

Day 1

The class begins by discussing cost concepts and identifying cost-related modules in Unifier. Students create cost code data definitions and create cost attribute forms.

Day 2

The second day of the course focuses on cost management in WBS shells: Design base commits and change commits; compare payment applications and general spends; explain how the schedule of values works; and create cost-related templates.

Day 3

The final day covers the use of company-level commits (blanket purchase orders).
