Oracle Universal Records Management (URM) enables organizations to apply their records management policies on content in a variety of repositories such as content management systems, file systems, and email archives.

This course teaches those involved in an organization's records management effort how to implement Oracle URM system security; how to define, manage, and execute records and retention policies; and how to create and manage record content. In addition, this course covers how to apply Oracle URM records and retention policies to external repositories.
Note: Day 1 of this class focuses on the Records User skills.
