Course 4914: Configuring and Managing Microsoft Exchange Server 2003

Introduction In this course, you configure and manage Exchange Server 2003. This course also helps prepare you for certification exam 70-284: Implementing and Managing Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. Objectives At the end of the course, students will be able to:

• Create and apply Exchange policies
• Configure Exchange Server 2003 for proactive management
• Add and remove Exchange servers
• Examine components necessary to manage Exchange Server 2003 in a mixed environment
