Oracle Knowledge Technical Architecture & Configuration provides hands-on experience performing the tasks required for implementation and maintenance of Oracle Knowledge’s three core technologies; Intelligent Search, Information Manager, and Analytics. This course provides a multi-machine configuration to give participants a sense of what an actual implementation entails.
In Oracle Knowledge Technical Architecture & Configuration participants will explore the technical architecture behind Oracle Knowledge Intelligent Search, Information Manager and Analytics. Participants will install both Oracle Knowledge Search and Oracle Knowledge Information Manager. For both applications, participants will complete all the necessary activities to create fully functional implementations. Once the implementations are complete, participants will perform the basic maintenance and explore troubleshooting techniques for both applications. Finally, participants will work with Analytics customizing reports, working with log files, and performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
