Course 6508: Configuring Advanced Features for Terminal Services in Windows Server 2008

Introduction This 2-hour online course provides IT Professionals with the knowledge and skills to configure access to Terminal Services applications in Windows Server 2008.

Topics covered in the course include Terminal Services RemoteApp configuration, Terminal Services Web access implementation, Terminal Services gateway configuration and Terminal Services gateway and NAP configuration.

This course helps you prepare for the following certification exams:

• Exam 70-648, TS: Upgrading Your MCSA on Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008, Technology Specialist
• Exam 70-649, TS: Upgrading Your MCSE on Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008, Technology Specialist

Audience Prerequisites

• 3+ years of experience in planning, implementing, and supporting a Windows–based network using Windows Server 2003
• A Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) on Windows Server 2003 certification, or equivalent knowledge and skills

• Microsoft Silverlight 4.0 or higher
• Microsoft Windows Media Player 7.0 or higher
• Microsoft XML Core Services 3.0 or higher
