Customer Care & Billing: Rate Configuration
Rate Configuration is an in-depth look at the Rates functionality of CC&B through control table set-up, administration, and configuration. Time will be spent understanding table-driven values and their impact on the Rates module. The main rate tools, which are characteristics, bill factors, service quantity rules, register rules, algorithms, and eligibility criteria, will be introduced, discussed and configured in the course. On completion of this course, attendees will have configured and tested rates based on actual business scenarios.
