Introduction This online course covers the skills and knowledge you will need to manage your e-mail inbox and contacts list in Microsoft® Office Outlook® 2007. This includes using search and search folders, as well as how to store and archive received messages. It will also cover organizing and displaying contact information, and personalizing an electronic business card. Objectives At the end of the course, students will be able to:- Manage the Inbox in Outlook 2007.
