Course 3389: Monitoring Exchange Server with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007

Introduction In this online learning course, you will learn how to monitor the core services of Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 services by using the Operations Manager 2007 Management Pack for Exchange Server. You will deploy the Exchange Server 2003 management pack for Operations Manager 2007 and monitor the client connections to Exchange Server 2003. You will also run the Exchange Server 2003 management pack reports and troubleshoot the Exchange Server 2003 management pack.

To get the most out of this learning product, you should have:

• 3+ years of experience managing and monitoring a Microsoft Windows-based network using some version of MOM.
• A Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) on Windows Server 2003 credential or equivalent knowledge.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF) or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
