Course 3379: Searching Line-of-Business Data by Using Business Data Catalog

Introduction In this online learning course, you learn how to enable searching of Line Of Business application data through the use of the MOSS 2007 Business Data Catalog. Topics covered include exposing LOB data through the BDC and building custom BDC query applications. This online learning course is composed of a rich multimedia experience coupled with comprehensive technical labs. To get the most out of this course it is recommended that you have:

• Experience in implementing, managing, and supporting a Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) 3.0 environment.
• Experience in implementing, managing, and supporting a MOSS 2007 environment.
• At least 2 years of experience implementing, managing, and supporting Internet Information Services 6 (IIS).
• Taken the 5403AE courses: Implementing Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0.
• Taken the 5404AE courses: Implementing Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007.
