The mission of the School of Business, at both the undergraduate and graduate levels,is to engage students in a learning process that provides a comprehensive professional education, instills a passion for life-long learning, creates a commitment to service, and examines ethical behavior in the business environment. Graduates of the Lundy-Fetterman School of Business are prepared for careers in a rapidly changing business environment. They are aware of the significance of technology in business organizations, the value of a global perspective in planning, the need for an understanding of cultural diversity, and the process of continuous improvement in shaping business operations.
