MBA for Emerging Professionals
Students attend classes weekday evenings and may register for classes in the Fall, Winter, and Spring quarter. The schedule is set to meet the needs of busy working professionals: M/W and T/Th classes begin at 5:45 PM and 7:20 PM. Summer classes are also offered.
Most students complete the MBA requirements in 2 ½ to 3 years. Flexibility is allowed in the number of classes scheduled. Students may opt for either a cohort or regular program option. Short term leaves of absence may be requested. These options support life balance of school, work and personal obligations.

What is a completed application and do I need to have all my documents together before sending them to Santa Clara University?
A completed application includes
- online application
- application fee
- resume
- GMAT or GRE score*
- TOEFL score (if required)
- two official transcripts from each college or university attended
- two required essays
- two confidential recommendation letters
All materials do not need to be sent together; we will keep a file
for each applicant as documents arrive.
An application will not go into final
review with the Admissions
Committee until all admissions
materials are received. You are welcome to drop materials off at
our office in Lucas Hall Suite 116 or mail them to:
