Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP) - Agile alternative path

The Kanban Method provides pragmatic, actionable, evidence-based guidance for successful evolutionary change. The application of the Kanban Method is not restricted to software development, but for any kind of knowledge creation work as an alternative path to agility or as the next development step for mature agile teams. It starts with what you do now and pursues evolutionary change while respecting current roles, responsibilities and job titles, and encouraging leadership at all levels. This allows organizations to evolve business processes gradually, define and use relevant metrics to measure progress, and significantly reduce the risks associated with complex change programs.

Team Kanban Practitioner is a one-day course accredited by the Kanban University. The class teaches the basics of the Kanban Method and serves as the entry level and starting point to an alternative path to agility. The intention of the course is to learn core concepts of the Kanban Method as well as design and implement a task board on the single-team level.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
