Training Objectives: Directly enhance an
employee’s healthy response to challenging situations with an
emphasis on personal responsibility.
Training Methodology: Combines knowledge, reflective feedback, experiential, and practical exercises. 3 different trainers offer 3 perspectives and learning styles.
Training Support: A workbook wherein the participant records their experiences throughout the training. They develop a short term Personal Action Plan involving an optional buddy support network.
Post Training Support: A follow-up session 2 – 4 weeks after training; digital support X 10 weeks; individual coaching
Knowledge shared and learned is integrated and maintained.

•Improve their resiliency through various ‘Keystone’ exercises
•Learn techniques to self-regulate their emotions anytime, anywhere
