Program Features:
- Both the MBA core courses and the Management courses are offered during the day (Monday/Wednesday, or Tuesday/Thursday) on NSU's main campus.
- Designed for students pursuing their graduate education directly after the completion of their undergraduate degree and for professionals who are retraining for a career change.
- Program can be completed in only 12 months.
- Internships are an integral part of the MBA in Management Day program, providing students with the opportunity to gain practical experience and establish important contacts in the business community.
- Program includes three career development courses (not for credit, but required for graduation)
- Program begins four times annually with starts in October, January, April, and July.
Admission Requirements:
- A conferred bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution or an equivalent degree for international applicants.
- An overall undergraduate GPA of 2.50 or greater on a 4.00 scale
as reflected on official, final transcripts from all undergraduate
institutions attended.
Applicants will be considered eligible for admission if their undergraduate GPA in the final 60 hours of their enrollment is a 2.50 or greater on a 4.00 scale. - For applicants who have earned a 2.25-2.49 cumulative undergraduate GPA or who have earned a GPA of 2.25-2.49 in the last 60 hours of their undergraduate program, a minimum GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) score of 450 or a minimum GRE (Graduate Record Examination) score of 306 (1,000 using the previous reporting scale) is required.
- A Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is required for applicants whose native language is not English and whose bachelor’s degree education was not completed in English. A TOEFL score of 550 (paper test) or 79 (Internet test) from within one year of application or a minimum score of 6.0 on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam. A letter on official letterhead from the applicant's prior university stating that all bachelor’s degree course material was taught and studied in English may suffice for the TOEFL requirement.
Required documentation:
- Completed Master's Application for Admission and non-refundable $50 application fee. A paper copy of the application may also be submitted.
- Official transcripts from all colleges and universities
previously attended. The applicant’s bachelor degree transcript
must show degree conferral date in order to be evaluated for

Foreign Educated Applicants:
- For those applicants who completed their degree outside of the United States, they must have their foreign transcript evaluated by a NACES accredited organization. A list of these organizations can be found at www.naces.org.
- The independent academic evaluation must list the degree equivalency and include a GPA (grade point average) calculation as well as a course-by-course credit evaluation.
- The academic evaluation must be completed for all undergraduate work and be performed based on original and official documents.
English Competency (Non-native English speakers):
- Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is required of those applicants whose first language is other than English. Minimum paper score = 550; minimum Internet score = 79.
- TOEFL scores earned more than one year prior to the date of enrollment will not be accepted.
- A score of 6.0 on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) examination is acceptable in lieu of the TOEFL.
- A letter on official letterhead from the applicant's prior university stating that all bachelor’s degree course material was taught and studied in English may suffice for the TOEFL requirement.
