"The goal of participating in the SCRUM training of our team was to develop a common understanding of the framework and the starting point to change our way of working within the team.
We had originally planned a face-to-face training, but due to Covid-19, this was not possible. Johannes came up with the idea to do it remotely with us which was a big plus in the end because this is how our team works daily.
We were guided through the theoretical topics in a very structured and competent way and were then able to test our knowledge in practical tasks. In the process, we also sharpened our team structure and communication with each other. The tools used for the training were very well chosen and well-coordinated by Johannes.
Johannes made the whole training very varied, interactive, and with a strong practical focus. This is exactly what helps us now to modify our way of working and to really apply the acquired knowledge. Already during the training, we were able to name some of our impediments more concretely and also decide together - with the support of Johannes - how to approach them.
Johannes managed very well to mix work with a good portion of fun which was also very motivating!
After 2 ½ months now working in the Scrum framework, we already see many positive results: we were able to get a lot more things done than everybody expected in the team and the company. And we did this in a much higher quality than before. It also helped us to keep a clear team structure in Covid-19 times. And even the initial doubters in the team do not want to go back to the old way of working!
I am very happy that Johannes will continue to support us and I can highly recommend working together with him – not only in training but also as a coach.

"Excellent trainer, great course, seamlessly delivered online.
This was an online course and the trainer, Johannes, made extremely effective use of break-out rooms, interactive whiteboards and tools to deliver the course in a professional and engaging manner . I found it especially helpful to have practical activities, relevant and varied examples as well as detailed explanations.
