The two-day course Leading SAFe gives you what you need to successfully lead a Lean-Agile enterprise into adopting the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe). Course Description

During this two-day course, they’ll learn the principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework®, how to execute and release value through Agile Release Trains, and what it means to lead a Lean-Agile transformation at enterprise scale.

Attendees will gain an understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset and why it’s so effective in today’s adapt-or-die marketplace. They’ll also get practical advice on supporting Agile teams and programs, empowering a Lean Portfolio, building a continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps culture, and coordinating large solutions.

Attending the class prepares individuals to take the exam and achieve certification for SAFe® Agilist (SA).

Prerequisites:

All are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended for those who intend to take the SAFe® 6 Agilist (SA) certification exam:

• 5+ years’ experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product, or project management
• Experience in Scrum

Participants who pass the Leading SAFe 6 certification exam will receive:

Exam details

A SAFe Agilist (SA) is a Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe) enterprise leadership professional who is part of a Lean-Agile transformation. Note that attending the course does not guarantee passing the exam.

Attending the class prepares you to take the exam and become a SAFe® 6 Agilist (SA).

Exam format:

• Name: SAFe® 6 Agilist Exam
• Format: Multiple Choice
• Delivery: Web-based (single-browser), closed book, no outside assistance, timed
• Access: Candidates can access the exam within the SAFe Community Platform upon completion of the Leading SAFe course
• Duration: Once the exam begins, candidates have 90 minutes (1.5 hours) to complete the exam
• Number of Questions: 45

When is the classroom schedule?

Depending on the starting dates, our classroom courses are consecutively held from 10 am - 6 pm (CET) with lunch breaks in between

Will missing a live class affect my ability to complete the course?

Yes, you may be subject to not getting the exam voucher if you don't attend a class. Therefore, it's better always to let us know at least 2 weeks in advance if you require any rescheduling requests.
