Licensing

Licensing is based on a 1 Person = 1 Named Subscription model. No shared seats, no individual course-only licenses, and no usage-based pricing. Predictable, audit-friendly, no consumption surprises.

The company has 12 months access to utilize the platform to assign their employees the course that they need.

Additionally, each course has its separate 12-months eLearning access which starts only once it gets assigned to a certain employee.

Meaning that an employee is still able to have and finish their course access fully for 12 months despite the annual enterprise AI+Access license stopped. We won't cut the course access to the employee mid-way.

FAQ

What AI+ course content is included?

The subscription includes all current AI+ courses and certification exams, plus automatic access to any new certifications released during the subscription term with no re-buy required. Are these certifications globally recognized?

Yes. AI CERTs® certifications are developed by industry experts and align with global standards and market needs, making them relevant and recognized across industries worldwide.

Can we add more users later?

Yes. Enterprises can expand coverage during the subscription term by purchasing additional named subscriptions under the same commercial framework.

Can it be used for Instructor-Led Training (ILT)?

No. It is licensed for individual self-paced learners only and is not permitted for classroom or blended delivery. If you need ILT, it must be quoted on separate agreement which we are also open for private in-company training.

Can we integrate with our LMS?

Yes. AI+ supports LMS integration, SSO, and enterprise reporting requirements.

What is the learning experience like?

The platform offers a flexible, self-paced eLearning experience designed for busy professionals. Each course includes engaging video lessons supported by downloadable PDFs, audio eBooks, podcasts, quizzes, assessments, and hands-on labs for technical topics—so you can learn in the way that suits you best.

Is exam certification included?

Yes. Every course includes an online certification exam. You can register for the exam after completing the course, and each certification comes with one free retake by default. AI CERTs® exams are conducted online and include multiple-choice questions, case studies, and practical exercises ensuring your skills are tested in a meaningful, real-world context.

How up-to-date is the course content?

AI is constantly evolving and so is the content. Courses are regularly updated to reflect the latest trends, tools, and best practices, so you’re always learning skills that are relevant today and in the future.
