Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Blended Learning Program provides optimal flexibility while maintaining the integrity of the principles being taught. Our model is based on utilizing expert Black Belts and Master Black Belts to facilitate training in a mixture of online, classroom workshops, and one-on-one settings. Acuity Institute believes that training should coincide with real time application of the Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques being taught. We have developed best in class methods of teaching the principles of Lean Six Sigma as they are applied by an organization’s resources so learning and application efficiency is increased.
The course is divided into two main components: one classroom workshop session (5 total classroom days) and online training (approximately 32 hours of online course work). The overall Blended Learning program utilizes a combination of process improvement simulation, case studies, and application of tools to real project work to facilitate learning of principles and completion of project deliverables. Students are trained and tested on their understanding and ability to apply the tools and techniques of all elements of the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology. As part of the DMAIC methodology, students are taught how to integrate Lean Six Sigma into an overall approach to process improvement and project management.
