Increasing emotional intelligence will help strengthen people’s management skills, the ability to coordinate with others, the service minded approach, negotiation skills, etc.

We have created a methodology that enables us to attract, profile and develop the competences needed to thrive as a person and inspire as a leader.

Self-awareness is a prerequisite to continue to grow as a person and thus become the leader you look up to, or the leader you would like to have had. Through profiling, we identify personal motivations, values, and behavioural patterns.

A profiling can benefit you, as well as your current or future leaders.

To achieve this, we dedicate extensive attention to EQ, the basis upon which successful leadership is built. Overall, we focus on no less than 45 competences, divided across 4 domains:

BEHAVIOURAL PROFILING

For a specific job position we will focus on 6 competencies during the profiling within these 4 domains:

  • Self-Awareness
  • Self-Management
  • Social Awareness
  • Relationship Management

These will be determined together with the client in function of the position.

This program is done by 2 profilers and includes:

  • a summary description
  • detailed Management Drives profile
  • detailed Management Drives Behavioural profile (optional: 220€/pp)
  • a personalized development plan
  • face to face (virtual) feedback session with the candidate, N+1 and HR or L&D

This program is available in English, Dutch and French.

The price doesn't include travel expenses (0,50€/km) and accommodation if needed.
